RETURNS POLICY

Right of withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 15 calendar days without justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to info@pfc-cosmetics.com, through your account on our website or through the contact form with the order number.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, the communication must be sent before the 15-day deadline.

Portions of the contractual right of withdrawal

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

Refund of the amount paid

In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, except shipping charges, as soon as possible and in any case less than 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will proceed to make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, if possible. If this is not possible, we will refund by bank transfer. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the goods.

The time limit shall be deemed to have expired if the goods are returned before the expiry of that time limit.

Returns of defective products

If the product is defective, we will replace it free of charge, as soon as possible. We will proceed to examine the returned product and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the returned product (where applicable) is appropriate. The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to any tare or defect, where they actually exist, will be refunded in full, including the delivery charges incurred to deliver the item and the costs you would have incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made whenever possible on the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.
